Men that serve or have an interest to serve in leadership for the churches of Christ gather to discuss commonly faced challenges and advantages. Each year a specific theme is chosen and men are selected to share a biblical study on their given topic. Opportunity is given to promote discussion after each presentation.

It is necessary for the leaders of Christ's church to equip the saints of His body to maturity. The goal is to create oneness in the body from the source- Christ. This conference will discuss how leaders can promote growth within the church by applying practical strategies. We are trying a new format for this meeting. Please, see the schedule for more details.
