Men that serve or have an interest to serve in leadership for the churches of Christ gather to discuss commonly faced challenges and advantages. Each year a specific theme is chosen and men are selected to share a biblical study on their given topic. Opportunity is given to promote discussion after each presentation.

As much as we attempt to be proactive to deal with all situations, some things just create a crisis that we do not expect. While it may not be possible to plan for every specific situation, there are ways to prepare ourselves for the unexpected and manage the crisis.
